  • You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
  • You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Harmony is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
  • Once an order is placed, if you choose to cancel that order, you will be issued with a Gift Certificate for the full amount of the purchase.

Purchase Price

  • All prices quoted on the website are set to the default currency of your IP address / geolocation. If you would like to choose the currency, please use the currency selector at the top of the webpage.
  • We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the website from time to time and without notice to you.

  • Harmony accepts payment via
    Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Webmoney. After you make payment for your order, we will email you an invoice, which confirms receipt of your order.

  • We recognise that protection and safety of information relating to your credit card is very important. Therefore, we provide you with a very safe and stress-free online shopping experience.
  • We use the highest strength Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to transmit your personal and credit card details. This means absolute security and privacy. Our security certificate is provided to us by RapidSSL, one of the leading providers for online security.
  • We do not store your credit card details at any time so consumer confidence and satisfaction is assured.

Orders

How Do I Track My Order?

  • Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you. Please allow 48-72 hours for this tracking information to update.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

No account is needed to place an order, but our Wishlist feature, saved addresses, and order history are all benefits of creating a free account.

How Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

To modify or cancel your order, please email us ASAP so we can assist you. If you placed your order with Standard Shipping, we may be able to cancel orders if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. If you placed your order with Expedited Shipping and have received your tracking number, we are unfortunately unable to cancel your order since we prioritize those orders to get them to you on time. We do not currently have a phone number for our fulfillment center.
