How do You Process Orders?
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
- After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
- You can not change or cancel your order once it is processed. Please check your billing and shipping information carefully before you place your order as our dispatch team processes orders quickly.
- We will constantly provide you with updates about your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be made available by our shipping department according to our daily system updates.
- Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for up to 48-72 hours after your order leaves our location.
Out of Stock Items.
- If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
Do I get Free Shipping?
- Free Standard Shipping is available on all products.
- Expedited Shipping is available for an additional cost at checkout.
What Shipping Methods Do You Use?
- For our Expedited Shipping, we use a variety of carriers including UPS, DHL, and FedEx depending on package size, service type, and destination for an additional cost at checkout.
- For Standard Delivery we use Yanwen, China Post, or Hong Kong Post.
- All orders will ship from our warehouse in China.
How Long Will It Take to Get My Package?
- Our fulfillment center is open Mondays thru Fridays. Orders placed over the weekends are processed the following Monday.
- There may be additional delays due to big sales (i.e. Black Friday), carrier delays (i.e. weather), or global events (i.e. Covid19).
- Please allow your tracking information 48-72 hours to update before sending us an email.

How Do I Upgrade to Expedited?
- Expedited 7-15 Days Shipping rates are calculated based on your destination and weight of your order.
What if I Make a Mistake on My Address?
- We strongly encourage you to check your billing and shipping information carefully before you place the order as our dispatch team processes orders quickly and we are not able to cancel or make any changes to your order.

- Customers are responsible for providing precise and comprehensive shipping addresses when making a purchase. Any discrepancies in the shipping address or omission of vital details from the original order may result in delivery issues.
- For international orders, please be sure to enter a valid phone number and email at check out. Without a phone number, International express shipping will not be able to make a delivery.
- We recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted.
- All orders, must allow for 24 hours for processing the order request for pick up. No exceptions.
- Harmony Gallery does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or store credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
- We are not responsible for failed delivery due to erroneous shipping addresses or missing phone numbers from the original order. We are also not responsible if you ignored any pickup notice from the shipping carrier, resulting in the loss of the package. We will not be held liable for misplace or lost package by shipping carrier.
My Order Has Been Lost. HELP!

While we will do our best to resolve shipping problems, you have a better chance of locating a lost package by contacting the carrier directly, who may reach out to the actual delivery driver on your route.
I Need to Cancel or Change My Order.
- We know you want your order fast so as soon as it is placed, we are on it!
Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make changes to your order including, but not limited to:
- Canceling your order or specific items
- Changing your billing or shipping address
- Changing payment method
- Changing shipping method
- Changing color/size of items(s)
- Addition or removal of item(s)
- Changing or adding a discount code
- Addition or removal of a gift card
- We do not currently have a phone number for our fulfillment center.
My Order is Being Delivered to the Wrong Address, What Do I Do?
- Please check and ensure that your correct address is listed on your Harmony Gallery account. You can navigate there by clicking or hovering over your account and then clicking MY INFO. Once you are on that page, scroll down to ADDRESSES and make sure to make corrections to existing addresses and/or delete old addresses. Harmony Gallery is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. Harmony Gallery can not change your address once your order has been processed.
