Returns

Have you received your order and one or more products do not suit you?

You have 10 days from the date of receipt to request a return. 

Returns are at the customer’s expense.

Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:

  • Items must be sent back within 10 days of the delivery date. 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
  • When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.
  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Harmony E-Discount Card Code.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

How can I return my order?

  • Please don’t ship the products to the address written in the label when you received the parcel, please contact our Customer Care team via the Online Request Form. or via email to help@harmonygallery.net. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you within 48 hours.
  • For ALL purchases return postage will be at your own cost, so please select your size carefully.
  • We strongly recommend you to send your parcel using registered mail, which will allow you to track your return.

How long do I have to return my order?

  • If you would like to return your order, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to let us know.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Helpful Hint: Harmony Gallery is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Harmony will not issue store credit for your returns.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your order with a different size or style, write down the details of your exchange in the comments section of the returns form.
  • Once our team receives and processes your return, we will organize for the exchange pair to be sent out to you.
  • Exchange items must be of equal or lesser value. 
  • Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If there is no longer stock available, we will contact you to organize an alternative item or store credit.
  • Replacement items will only be shipped after the item for return item has been received by Harmony.

Note: In order to reduce the potential size errors,  It is strongly recommended to email us prior to placing your order and our style consultant can help you determine the proper size to purchase.

 

Store Credit

  • Store Credits are issued for the amount paid (less any discounts).
  • Your credit will be emailed to you in the form of a digital Gift Card, once your return is processed.
  • Your Harmony store credit is valid for 1 year after date of creation, so you’ll have plenty of time to find the perfect pair!
  • If you lost the details of your store credit, contact us at help@harmonygallery.net and we can re-email it to you.

Refunds

  • IMPORTANT: Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Harmony E-Gift Card. Harmony does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
  • Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
